I personally dont like this skill too much. Of course, its essential if you're making a water/air build but how many of those do you see? 0_o. I just dont think you can rely on a teammate to get a water hex on your enemy and if you do it yourself with no attribs in water, its very weak and a waste of energy.

blurred vision and/or area dmg/slow of cold (yields hex) can mix pretty well with this if you are a PBAOE elementalist. properly pumped could be some fun stuff

depending on your spell list/2ndary, just make sure you don't get over your head

One Question.. Why is lightning touch a skill instead of a spell? I mean i was going to echo it at first and actually try a water/air build but the skill thing just messed it all up.

I was unaware that builds were only made because there were alot of other people running that same kind of build.

Touch of Agony is also a skill, not a spell. This enables you to activate it without triggering backfire or anything of the sort.

All "Touch"s are just skills. Its something all "touch"s share.

Its a plus really :\ unless you were planning on it being a spell.

Just wondering.... would gain any energy back from, air attunement or ele attunement (since the descriptions in those say, you gain energy back for each spell) and lighting touch is a skill.

Actually all touches arent skills. Look at healing touch.

I haven't tried this yet, but it may be effective against the doppleganger, just put a but load of water hexes and then run up for him and shock him to death
So use the hexes that last a while with few attributes on water like ice prison, blurred vision, rust and etc
